Archibald Campbell, the Marquess of Argyll, was one of the most significant political figures amongst the Convenanters.  His steadfast and uncompromising nature was more than evident when he came face to face with ‘The Maiden.’  Matthew Vogan met up with that very same Maiden during a visit to the National Museum in Edinburgh.
